SOUTH AFRICA: African Ecology and Conservation, Spring 2016

The final lap of OTS is among us, and it is the most intense of all. Our final South African National Parks as well as the larger scientific community.l exams for African Ecology and Conservation took place a few days ago, so everyone is currently in the initial stages of the Capstone Project, the concluding assignment for the program.

brian-brooksHere, we implement everything we’ve learned about inter-species dynamics, biomes and vegetation types, and local fauna, to name a few, in order to structure a research project that will benefit both both South African National Parks as well as the larger scientific community.  Continue reading
